I moderated and facilitated hundreds of in-person and remote user research sessions for pre-release AI/ML features and prototypes, engaging both internal stakeholders and external participants. I collaborated with engineering and design teams to communicate study logistics, surface usability pain points, and resolve roadblocks throughout testing phases. I authored and maintained detailed technical documentation covering study setup procedures, equipment configurations, data workflows, and operational process standards to ensure consistency and replicability across sessions. Findings were synthesized into research documentation highlighting user patterns and opportunities for improvement. I also performed QA on 100,000+ multilingual datasets and research assets, improving throughput by 3x, and led onboarding and training for new team members across multiple concurrent projects.
